How should I choose the fixture diameter and drop?

Use the product drawing together with ceiling height, table or island dimensions, circulation clearance and desired visual scale. Suspension components and final drop should be confirmed in the approved specification.

Will every alabaster shade look the same?

No. Natural stone varies in veining, tone, clouding and translucency. These variations are part of the material; approval imagery can be supplied when relevant.

Can the metal components be solid brass?

Yes. Standard metal hardware carries the ABRS antique-brass finish. A USD 100 solid-brass upgrade is available where technically appropriate, subject to a revised component specification.

Who should install a pendant?

A qualified electrician or locally licensed installer should confirm ceiling support, wiring, earthing, voltage and code compliance. Product drawings do not replace site-specific structural or electrical review.

What is the production and payment schedule?

A 50% deposit enters the order into production. The standard target is approximately 8 weeks after approvals; the final 50% is due after QC and before dispatch. Confirmed rush scheduling is a separate USD 100 option.
