OYLIN SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. DELIVERY REGIONS
During OYLIN’s initial launch, we accept international orders for selected core destinations in the United States and Europe. Availability, freight method, and quotation remain subject to the destination, product dimensions, site access, and carrier service. Contact sales@oylin.com before ordering if your destination is not shown at checkout.

2. SAMPLE BOX
Sample Boxes are normally delivered by international air freight within 7–10 business days after cleared payment. US mainland and EU core regions ship DDP. Duties and VAT are prepaid by OYLIN. OYLIN Sample Box contains no electrical components; it is classified as natural stone specimens and printed material. Remote areas are quoted separately. DDP covers import duties and VAT; minor carrier disbursement fees, advance fees or similar local clearance charges, if any, remain the recipient’s responsibility. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs inspections, remote-area service, weather and carrier delays may extend delivery.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER LIGHTING
Made-to-order production begins only after approved Shop Drawings and receipt of the required production deposit. The standard production lead time is 60–75 business days after drawing approval. This excludes concept development, drawing review, client revision time, public holidays, transit, customs clearance, site readiness, and delays caused by client-requested changes or late approvals.

4. FREIGHT QUOTATIONS
Large, fragile, or made-to-order stone fixtures may require specialist crating and project-specific freight. Freight, insurance, installation, lifting equipment, storage, and last-mile access are included only when expressly stated in OYLIN’s written quotation.

5. DUTIES, VAT/GST, AND IMPORT COSTS
Sample boxes for US mainland & EU core regions are supplied DDP as described above. For bespoke fixtures, each pro forma invoice presents both DDP and DDU options; the default term is DDP unless the client’s project specifies otherwise. Under DDP, the quotation identifies the landed price and OYLIN arranges the stated import duties and VAT/GST included in that price. Under DDU, the recipient acts as importer of record and is responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage, clearance charges, local taxes, inspections, and related fees. DDP covers import duties and VAT; minor carrier disbursement fees, advance fees, or similar local clearance charges, if any, remain the recipient’s responsibility. The applicable Incoterm and included costs shown on the accepted pro forma invoice control the shipment.

6. DELIVERY, INSPECTION, AND DAMAGE
A signature may be required. The client must ensure safe access and an authorized person to receive and inspect the shipment. Photograph the exterior packaging before opening and retain all packaging until the product has been checked. Report visible transit damage or shortages promptly to sales@oylin.com with the order number and photographs. Claims may be affected if packaging is discarded or the product is installed before inspection.

7. ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELAYS
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges. OYLIN is not responsible for carrier, customs, force majeure, site-access, or client-approval delays outside our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance and available tracking information.
