Bespoke Commissions

OYLIN Bespoke

OYLIN BESPOKE · MADE TO ORDER

Every OYLIN piece begins as a slab of stone.

Natural stone does not begin with a SKU. It begins with a room, a drawing, and a quality of light.

Project terms

Concept retainer and molding fee

The USD 300 retainer is a design fee that covers work performed and becomes non-refundable when the concept study begins. It is credited towards your production deposit. The molding fee is evaluated separately after drawings are approved.

Deposit, approval and returns

A 50% production deposit is due with written approval of Shop Drawings unless the quotation states otherwise. After approval and deposit, bespoke goods are final, non-returnable and non-refundable.

DDP, DDU and title to goods

Each pro forma invoice presents DDP and DDU options. DDP is the default unless the project specifies otherwise. Title remains with OYLIN until full payment, including the agreed landed cost, is received.

Natural material variation

Colour, veining, porosity and translucency vary by slab and batch. Project-critical work proceeds through control samples, slab imagery or illuminated review as appropriate.

Project Inquiry

Tell us about your project

Share the space, approximate scale and material direction. We review every inquiry personally and use these details to understand what should happen next.

Required — enough for us to understand the project and reply usefully.
Optional — share what is already known; “Not sure yet” is completely fine.

Useful only if you prefer a call or messaging follow-up.

Helps us consider regional electrical requirements and delivery context.

Overall fixture size, room scale, or available installation zone are all useful.

A short paragraph is enough. We can refine the specification together after review.

Response within 2 business days. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. Optional details help us respond more precisely; if something is undecided, leave it blank or write “Not sure yet”.

Please do not include payment information, identity documents or other sensitive personal data in the brief.
