Can OYLIN work from architectural drawings?+
Yes. Plans, elevations, reference images and project notes can be reviewed as part of the project brief.
Can dimensions, stone and finishes be customized?+
Yes, where technically feasible. Dimensions, material direction, metal finish and electrical requirements are reviewed project by project.
How is natural stone approved?+
Material families and samples can guide the initial direction. The stone proposed for the approved order is reviewed separately before fabrication.
When does production begin?+
Production starts after the 50% deposit is received and the final material and technical specifications are approved.
What is the typical production lead time?+
Lighting and larger furniture are typically approximately 8–9 weeks after deposit and final approval. Decorative objects and trays are typically approximately 6–7 weeks.
What happens before dispatch?+
Final QC evidence is shared before the remaining balance and shipment.
