Reserve an OYLIN design

OYLIN designs are presented as a design collection and produced specifically for each confirmed order. They are not held as finished stock.

Payment schedule

1. 50% production deposit: due after specification review and order confirmation.
2. 50% balance: invoiced when production and quality review are complete. Dispatch begins only after the balance clears.

Production timing

Standard target: approximately 8 weeks from cleared deposit and final approval of finish, voltage, plug and drawings. Natural-material selection or project revisions can change the schedule; any change is confirmed in writing.

Rush scheduling: USD 100. Subject to material and workshop capacity, the target dispatch may be brought forward by approximately 2 weeks. Rush availability must be confirmed before payment and does not override approval delays or force-majeure events.

Made-to-order return policy

Because production begins to the confirmed specification, made-to-order and customized products cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after production starts, except where goods arrive damaged, materially defective, materially different from the approved specification, or applicable law provides otherwise. Report transit damage promptly with packaging and product photographs.
