- No Two Stones Are Alike: Natural stone is a living geological record. Veining density, crystalline structure, and purple-to-grey tonal ratios vary with every slab.
- Step 1 — 50% Reservation Deposit: Pay a 50% deposit to initiate your commission.
- Step 2 — Hand-Selected Slab Curation (3–10 Days): We present high-resolution photography and video of raw Lavender Mist slabs for your personal review and pattern sign-off.
- Step 3 — Precision Fabrication & Hand-Finishing (4–5 Weeks): Waterjet cutting, multi-stage diamond polishing, acrylic structural joining, and complimentary nano-film application.
- Step 4 — Final QC & Remaining 50% Balance: Once final photography and video QC are approved, the remaining 50% balance is settled.
- Step 5 — Complimentary Ocean Freight Dispatch: Securely packaged in reinforced museum-grade wooden crates and dispatched.

No. In accordance with OYLIN's bespoke ethos, all products are 100% made to order. Production commences only upon your 50% deposit and slab pattern selection approval.

What is the bespoke lead time?
Non-electrified bespoke decor and furniture (such as this trolley and stone trays) have a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks. Electrified stone lighting objects require 8 weeks to allow for certified electrical assembly and rigorous illumination testing.
How does the free shipping policy work?
We provide free ocean freight shipping globally for all made-to-order stone products. Expedited air transit or specific courier upgrades are available upon request with the cost difference settled prior to dispatch.
