Verified damage, defect or departure from the approved specification is handled through repair, replacement, replenishment or an agreed commercial remedy.

Nerina pairs an opal-white art-glass base with a warm linen shade and restrained brass detailing. Layered facets in the glass create soft depth and controlled reflections, giving the lamp a calm, sculptural presence.
