The deposit normally covers approved material procurement, engineering confirmation and production scheduling. Final QC includes photographs or video and a dimensional check; lighting also includes an illumination test in photographs or video.

Material & design confirmation

We first confirm the intended use, destination, quantity, project requirements and current material source. Natural colour, veining and pattern will differ from reference imagery. Available slab photographs or video can be reviewed before production; a physical sample can be arranged where appropriate.

For an entirely new client-led design, OYLIN first reviews the brief and confirms the scope, design-development fee and revision allowance in writing. Manufacturer shop drawings and structural details follow once the project proceeds to quotation and engineering review.

Changes, delivery & aftercare

Client-requested material, component or specification changes are reviewed before work continues. Before production, minor changes may require only the direct cost difference. If a change materially affects completed engineering, purchased material or work already in production, an additional change fee of up to 10% of the order value may apply. Revised cost and timing are issued for written approval first.

International freight, duties and destination taxes are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation. Made-to-order work cannot be returned for change of mind after production begins. Verified damage, defect or departure from the approved specification is handled through repair, replacement, replenishment or an agreed commercial remedy.

Terra Sculptural Stone Vessel

Terra is a made-to-order sculptural stone vessel with a calm pedestal silhouette. The circular bowl and compact base create a functional object for fruit, tabletop presentation and decorative styling.

Five Natural Stone Choices

  • Cream Travertine — warm cream-beige tone with naturally porous movement.
  • Ivory Travertine — warm ivory tone with natural pores and mineral variation.
  • White Alabaster — cloud-white stone with naturally varied translucency and veining.
  • Verde Marble — deep forest-green marble with naturally varied mineral movement.
  • Verde Alpi Marble — deep green marble with naturally varied white veining.

Material availability and the proposed stone are reviewed for each inquiry before quotation and fabrication.

Natural Variation

Natural stone varies in tone, pore pattern, veining, translucency and mineral movement. Library and product imagery represent a material direction; current stone imagery can be reviewed before production. Every finished Terra vessel is individually patterned by the selected material.

Care

Dust with a clean, dry microfiber cloth or soft natural-bristle brush. Avoid acids, vinegar, citrus, ammonia, bleach and abrasive cleaners. Blot spills promptly and use only pH-neutral stone soap when necessary.

Shipping & Collection

Shipping is confirmed with the quotation. OYLIN can arrange shipment to the agreed destination, or the client may nominate a carrier or arrange collection. Freight cost, route, insurance, delivery scope and timing are confirmed before production.
