This design is produced after order confirmation; it is not held as finished stock. Standard target dispatch is approximately 8 weeks after the 50% deposit clears and all specifications are approved.

You receive milestone updates at specification approval, production start, mid-production, final QC and dispatch.
Final sale: made-to-order/customized goods cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after production starts, except for damage, material defect, departure from the approved specification, or rights required by applicable law.

- Standard: engineered metal hardware with ABRS antique-brass finish, included in the listed price.
- Solid brass upgrade: +USD 100. Structural and visible metal components are produced in solid brass where technically appropriate. Final component scope, finish sample and revised shop drawing are confirmed before production.
The solid-brass upgrade and the USD 100 rush-scheduling service are separate options. Selecting both adds USD 200.

Is Aureon | Sculptural Alabaster Table Lamp held in stock?
No. It is a made-to-order design. Production begins only after the 50% deposit has cleared and the specification is approved in writing.
What are the dimensions?
The published overall dimensions are ∅420 × H695 mm (∅180*H410mm / ∅420*H280mm / ∅180*H5mm). Natural-material tolerances and any project-specific changes are confirmed in the approved specification.
Which metal specification can I choose?
The standard specification uses engineered metal hardware with an ABRS antique-brass finish. A solid-brass upgrade is available for USD 100 where technically appropriate. The component scope and finish are confirmed in the order specification before production.
Which drawing controls production?
The original DWG/BIP geometry and the dimensioned reference drawing remain the design baseline for OY-TLA004. If solid brass or another approved material change is selected, OYLIN issues a written revision note or revised shop drawing for approval; the archived original file is not overwritten.
Will natural materials look exactly like the images?
No two stone, agate, crystal or art-glass pieces are identical. Veining, tone, translucency, bubbles and mineral movement vary naturally. Material selection or approval imagery is supplied when relevant before production proceeds.
How long does production take?
The standard target is approximately 8 weeks after the deposit and final approval. A separate USD 100 rush-scheduling option may target dispatch approximately 2 weeks earlier, subject to written workshop confirmation.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% is invoiced after production and final QC. Dispatch begins only after the balance has cleared.
Can a made-to-order product be returned or exchanged?
After production starts, made-to-order and customized goods cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, except for transit damage, material defect, material departure from the approved specification, or rights required by applicable law.
